Contact details and proof of address for a Minimum of 2 trustees (driving licenses, recent utility bill or recent bank statement)

Details and a proof of account for your primary and additional accounts

Details of your accountant

You will also need access to the mobile phone of the primary contact which will be sent a one-time password as part of the signup process.
